Refund & Return Policy

We at ZENTREX BLUEBIRD OVERSEAS PVT LTD want you to be completely satisfied with your snacks! Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

General Policy (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of the food items we sell, we generally do not accept returns on edible products that have been opened or consumed.

Damaged or Spoiled Products:

​

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we are happy to replace it or offer a full refund.

​

Conditions for Damaged/Spoiled Returns:

​

  1. Notification Window: You must notify us within [3 days] of receiving your order if the product is damaged or spoiled.

  2. Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product(s), the original packaging, the batch number, and the shipping label. This helps us process your claim with our shipping partners.

  3. Condition: The items must be returned in the condition they were received if requested by our team for inspection.
     

Non-Perishable & Unopened Items

For non-perishable goods (if applicable) or snack items that are unopened and still in their original sealed packaging, we may accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions for Unopened Item Returns:

​

  1. Condition: Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Within 3 days request must be raised for return.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Restocking Fee: A potential restocking fee of 10% may apply.

Replacement / Exchange :

For any replacement or Exchange kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof of issue raised. 

​

If any replacement / exchange is approved the new item will get delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days to your registered address form the date of approval.

Refund Process : 

​

Once your return is received and inspected (for physical returns), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at admin@zentrexbluebird.com with your Order Number and details of the issue.

Shipping Policy:

​

All the item will get delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days form the date of order to your registered address.
